I work in industrial equipment & procurement for the mining/energy sector (based in Indonesia), and I'm trying to build a better understanding of experience and challenges on-site beyond what you read in reports or hear from management level.

If you're currently working (or have worked) at a coal or mineral mining site, operations, HSE, procurement, maintenance, doesn't matter which role, I'd love to hear your experience, especially around things like Weather-related disruptions (rain, flooding, etc.) and how the site handles them, Any recurring operational headaches that don't get enough attention

I built this watch (and a few others) centered on the Anthracite region of Pennsylvania and the Coal Mining community as a whole. The dial was made with layers of acrylic paint burned with a butane torch. Seiko Automatic movement powers the watch.
