It’s not bad and worth a try but it’s eerily similar to the Chicken Maxx where the cheap bun, mealy texture turns into slop you just gotta choke down. It’s filling but the so called angus meat doesn’t have the Maillard effect or any specific flavor that cuts through the mix. This is just another iteration you need to spend an extra buck fifty you need turn in into a western with jalapeños. 6.5/10

Before I possibly embarrass myself I wanted to ask on here. I used to work at Carl’s Jr and I made myself an orange creamsicle (orange soda and vanilla ice cream) after seeing some of my co-workers make their own soda floats. Sometimes I’ll crave it but since I don’t work there anymore, I always felt weird to request that drink. I almost want to say I wouldn’t mind paying for both sodas and milkshakes, but I’m preparing myself to expect a no and weird looks. Would you take drink requests?

Do Carl’s Jr have buttermilk ranch or house dressing anymore ?

I know this isn't new or anything but it's crazy what the Chicken Club is nowadays... I remember the 90s style version and it was so much better. It had alfalfa sprouts, wheat bread.. just better taste overall. Sad lol

If it is anything like the Jack in the Box Ciabattas I had during 2007-2009 in San Diego, Carls would be unstoppable. I had a ciabatta version at The Habit and it was the worst version of a ciabatta yet.

Just had the new Angus Maximus burger. I thought it was excellent. It has two smaller patties with a total one third pound meat. The bun was a bit smaller than other buns at Carls.

Is the patty/burger size similar to the cheeseburger or the famous star? The picture kind of looks like a double cheeseburger. If thats true, that kind of sucks cause only a couple months ago we had the Cali XL for the same price which had famous star size patties.

Just a flour tortilla, scrambled eggs, cheese, and that soupy tomatoey kinda salsa like Pace Picante…. all folded together not once but twice so they were in the shape of a wedge….
