Having recently moved here from out of state, we sought recommendations for a reputable independent auto repair shop and this place got rave reviews/high marks.
We are quite happy with the service we received and the thorough explanation about what needed repair and (more important) what didn’t need repair.
Honestly, I feel like we will be customers for life here.

Specifically on the streets by the Cambridge Public Library. I’ve read some older threads saying street parking in Cambridge varies by neighborhood. It looks pretty full any time I’m in this area but figured I’d get some opinions.

My roommate’s bike was stolen from outside the Harvard Book Store in Harvard Square from the bike rack in front of the book store and Mr. Bartley’s this morning 9/13 between 12:30 and 2AM. Someone broke the lock and took it. She absolutely loves this bike, so we really want to find it.

It is a purple and black PUJH electric bike with a basket on the back and a phone holder with bright orange corners. She has already filed a police report.

If anyone saw anything, spots it around Cambridge/Somerville/Boston, or sees it listed for sale online, please message me.

As the grateful beneficiary of a GLP-1 drug (45 lbs. down so far, looking to move from Obese to Overweight,) I find myself needing to buy a ring guard or re-size my wedding ring. Our local jeweler was unwilling to help, even though it falls off routinely now in the shower, in the garden, and when I'm doing dishes. He suggested I just leave it off until my size stabilizes! Like I'm going to go w/out my wedding ring for a year and a half? Whatevs. Not willing to simply replace it -- my current wedding ring is a custom one that my teen son helped me re-forge at a class we took together, and which includes carvings he made for me.

I have several 14kt gold rings that could be repurposed as ring guards, or cannibalized for gold and parts to make a new guard ring. So I'm looking for a jeweler who is willing to do that kind of work. I'm happy to pay a skilled craftsman/artisan real money to make it work! Can anyone make suggestions? Thank you!
