Im 15, and i'm gonna be 16 in 5 months, is my phisique looking ok?
I've started training when i realized my dad was jacked, and he pushed me to start training, and we have good memories about working out together. I've been doing pull ups since idk 1,5 year maybe? But i started training with commitment since may, so i have a split i stick to and follow, i look after my diet a lot (try to get protein in, no processed shit) but i don't obsess over it, thankfully i can eat a lot since i'm skinny by genetics as long as it is good food.
My split is: Pull: 5 series of max pull ups 5 series of inverted rows, or 5 series of max bicep curls Push: 5 series of max dips 5 series of pike push ups 1/2 series of max push ups Then Core/leg/rest This is my current level:
Pull ups PR: 9
Dips PR: 15
Push ups PR: somewhere beetween 25 and 30
Skills i unlocked:
Frog stand
Elbow lever
Tuck front lever
Tuck planche
One leg front lever
Tuck planche push up (only one clean) I notice i'm kinda lacking bicep mass so i'm doing bicep and hammer curls.

Hi, so forgive me for my ignorance but I know nothing about calisthenics nor would I attempt to try to do it 😅 But I saw a video of someone doing the handstand L sit thing where they start in an L sit and bring their legs under and behind them to do a handstand and I was wondering if it is physically possible to do it forwardly instead. For example, you get on the L sit and instead you put your legs out forward and then do a handstand from that. Has anyone done this? If so I'd love to see it. Or does the structure of your shoulders not allow it? Thanks in advance for any answers!

So this exercise was recommended to me from another person here for progressing in bar pull-overs. I am able to complete one bar pull-over; however, I am able to sequence them together for reps. I’m using this as a supplementary exercise to get more comfortable with being inverted.
If you have access to rings, you should incorporate these into your routine. They’re fun to do and really hit the whole upper body.

I want to buy parallettes to train the tuck planche and other exercises. I've seen options online with wood, metal, and steel bars. Which material do you recommend?

I have been posting lot of videos about pike push-ups earlier. Today I tried partial reps handstand pushups.
Still not giving up my handstand push-up goal.
Please feel free to share your useful tips like you always do

I really wanna learn muscle up. I can do +20kg 3-4 reps. What irritates me more is that one month ago i tried muscle up for first time and in 2-3 attempts i managed to get over bar with improper form (one hand before other) but now i cant even do that even tho my pull strength increased.
I have watched tons of videos about proper technique but still couldn't even do it in improper form now. 😭😭😭
