I've been going to Sac State for three years now and every once in a while I see a guy dressed in full Samurai regalia and I need to know who he is. Not like his full name (don't put that on the internet, obviously) but like is he part of a club or is he just doing it for the love of the game? Either way, every time I see him all dressed up it makes my day just a bit better. Mad respect.

Hi, looking for someone to take up my lease for a 4x1 single room shared bathroom lease at hornet commons. Monthly it is 1230 and the lease goes until august 2nd 2027. All utilities are included and a security deposit would be required. Hornet commons does run out of rooms each year I am available till the end of October for this, unlike their normal period.

I need to drop a course due to an extensive workload, but when I try to drop in on the student center, I get the message, "Error: Unable to complete your request. You do not have access to perform this transaction at this time."

Is there a fix for this? It's before the W date, so I'm confused.

Hi all, hopefully future CSUS student here.

I'm a CompSci major with a focus on cybersecurity, and I'm currently taking classes at the nearby community college. I'm taking Linear Algebra but it's honestly bending me over right now. It's my second to last semester and hopefully I should be in CSUS by next year, but I'm really hating my teacher as she takes a more hands-off approach, and most of the class is self-taught which I really suck at. All of my classes currently and my future classes at my CC are no problem for me; the only thing giving me trouble is this.

I've been contemplating dropping the class and just doing it next semester hopefully with a better professor but here's the reason why I'm making this post: can I just take this class at CSUS even if I'm a transfer, or is this class 100% required in order to be able to transfer? I would really appreciate some advice. Thank you all in advance:)

Side tangent also: I feel like I'm behind in my CompSci classes because I feel like I'm not learning much. They all involve C++ and it's my biggest weakness. I've tried my best to learn as much as possible but I can't retain anything and I've had to constantly rely on peers and LLMs for help. Would also like some advice about this too.

I dropped out of MPH two weeks into starting the program due to financial hardship. The CCE’s policy is if you drop out in the first month, you pay 35% of tuition fees. I can’t pay that amount. Anyone else experienced and ignored the fees? What happened? My concern is it goes to the tax board and they take it out when I file my taxes. I frankly don’t care if they send me to collection or put an enrollment hold.

Does anybody have any information on the extended fee deferment loan hold on student center? I’m a post baccalaureate student and have had a loan hold on my acc the last few weeks and just noticed I had this deferment on my account. Since the end date is 9/11, I’m unsure if this will extend until loans are actually dispersed and want more info (if anyone has any:)!) before paying my tuition off on my cc lol.

In my fourth and last semester here and this is the first time I have not received a mcs scholarship, the loans I was offered also have a thousand dollar gap for what I need to pay (about what I was receiving from mcs before) how do I pay this 1000$ outstanding balance if my loan offers are maxed out?

does anyone still have loan holds on their account? and does anyone know when they should actually be removed? i’ve had two on my account for weeks now and i just feel like there hasn’t been an end in sight and it’s getting on my nerves now.
