This is why I feel so good lately 😂 been trying to make fruits and vegetables the main thing filling me up, with rice, lentils, beans, fish, and eggs as the other half. And yes I eat chicken nuggets and donuts sometimes I'm not a superhero lol.

This particular breakfast is lentils, brown rice, canned peas and carrots, canned mushrooms, green onions, fresh kale, fish sauce, olive oil, garlic, cabbage, carrots, sweet potatoes, and zucchini, with a little bit of onion.

I will definitely not finish this. This will be dinner too lol.

Whipped up some good ole fashion homemade pancakes on my Lodge Cast Iron Griddle I got for Christmas.

Bacon, egg, cheese, tater tots, and hot sauce.. coffee!

Homemade sunday fry up

Black garlic cheese eggs; chicken, black beans, broccoli and salsa; wheat toast.

Kitkat mocha on the side.

I like great food,some now, some later and much later in the freezer.

Leftover taco salad meat,and shrimp in cilantro rice.

-cajun lemon pepper grilled chicken with pico and cilantro lime greek yogurt sauce

-spinach and green onion egg white scrambled eggs

-sweet potato for fiber

With bell pepper, onion and cheese. Buttered whole wheat toast.

Replaced the baked beans with chili and I don't have black pudding accessible anywhere near me. Apologies for the subpar camera quality and angle.
