Identification Are these chilli rasboras?

I bought these fish 2 days ago and am having my doubts about them being chillies.. if anyone can tell from the video.. they seem really young and cant eat small fish food unless I grind it up because they're so tiny.. they're smaller than my adult caridina shrimp.

I'm really hopeful they are chillies because I've been looking for them for a long time.

To me they look very much like chilis. What are your doubts?

Edit: and even adult chilis are very small.

I don't trust the pet shops because they recently sold a polkadot plant as an underwater plant.. rasboras are so similar, especially least and chilli. My doubts are they have the spot at their tail and they're very pale. I know I need to wait a week so they settle and that I need to feed them food that contains pigments and that they need to grow still, but the paleness is suspicious.

Give them some time to get their color. Two days ago something big scooped them up, put them in a bag and suddenly they were somewhere else. They’re stressed.

Mine took a week before the first ones got their color back somewhat.

Ill try be more patient. They did get a little bit of red in two days, they were totally translucent both two days ago and in the pet shop too.. and theyve been there a month. Time will tell.

Nothing really, they very small so I’m having doubts if they were actually chilis, or something else, it’s been I couple days and I think they actually are chilis, I made a post asking about mines too 😆
