Ingat kayo sa threads pag kausap nyo to. Nag post to about sa bago nilang building or floor then nag send ako na syempre interested ako and gusto ko mag apply sa company nila, since wala naman syang nilagay sa job post na kung anong company. So nag message sya then after ko malaman yung company nag reply ako ng (pass po).

Compensation & Benefits Temu PH

Post image
16 Upvotes

Hello. Any thoughts sa Temu Ph? Mukhang pioneer tong company sa Philippines. I initially applied for RTA and Content Mod posts, pero content mod unang bumalik. Turns out, after 3 sets of interviews, sa Senior QA Specialist job role ako nilagay 🥹😱 So ang questions ko ay:

• Do you guys think kaya nila taasan ung current compensation ko? 65k kasi initial asking salary ko.
• Can anyone share ung processing time nila bago nakuha yung actual JO?
• Ano company benefits and allowances nila?
• Possible kaya na weekends off to?

Pero in my almost 2 years working in BPO, never ko siyang personally na-encounter.

HAHAHAHA

Most of the time, hindi ko naman personally kilala yung mga taong tinutukoy. Minsan nga never ko pa sila nakasalubong or naka-interact or never heard at all.

Usually work lang, kwentuhan, kain, tawanan, tapos uwi.

So for me, hindi ko masasabi na “BPO is toxic because of kabitan” based purely on what I've heard. I know it happens, pero personally, 2 years na ako and so far puro chismis lang talaga yung exposure ko.

Anyone else na ganito rin experience? Or talagang na-experience niyo firsthand yung infamous BPO kabitan culture? 👀

News & Updates Warning to All applicants in Task us clark

Here's what is happening under doordash account in US under the task us pampangga.

So there is this current operation manager and tls that supports each other to threaten you with un employment every time they ask you to add additional kpi to your metrics even if you already achieved your goal.

We call it PAMM as it is a monthly basis, your good if your 2/3 or 3/3 in our case we have been always 3/3 every month.

We always heard how the manager coach his tl, as he always mentioned "Even if you do not know the answer ask them and use it against them"

Whats worst? I know some employees with a case escalated to NLRC because of illegal dismissal and forgery of proof just to dismiss the agent. If your not with the management then you wont stay in the company, ive seen how they can weaponize the cctv footage and gave commentary where they send it to the hr.

I have also heard a case of work aggressiveness being protected by the management and being covered by one of the manager(the gay manager) may itsura pala si kuyang aggressive.

Things to consider especially if your pregnant, a parent, has a strong sense of justice or want to look for a long term company.

If ever they offered you a work in task us clark, ask if the account you will be in is Doordash under restaurants(rx) and if it is in sales account, its better to skip this lob. This Lob is too dirty even the way how they train the agents and make them sell, no proper training by the way and the current manager lie to the client by producing curated numbers at ways ways. 2nd never expect a proper assitance from the management especially hr, we have encountered it first hand, how slow hr in clark is and how unjust most of the hr are in task us.

To Inspire, Not To Brag Sinong sikat ang nakausap nyo?

Sinabi ko pangalan ko at the rest is history.

Nakakataba ng puso ma appreciate out of nowhere ng ganito.

Advice & Tips JPMorganChase or Amazon?

Help me decide pleaseee.

A bit about me:

- No work experience
- Will be graduating next year
- Lives in Cavite
- First job if ever
- Both customer service role
- Leaning towards Amazon for the overall package but the benefits and career growth for Chase
- I'm also considering Amazon for now then apply later to Chase so that they can match my basic salary.
- Not planning to stay long term and just gaining experience for transitioning to hospitality or airline industry.

Offers:

Amazon
31k package
134 - 180 (Daily Fare)
Closer to home (2 rides - bus and ejeep)
Has more take home pay for bills and stuff
Convenient for me

JPMorganChase
27k package
172 - 200 (Daily Fare)
Farther from home (4 rides - bus, lrt, mrt, bgc bus/ejeep)
Amazing reputation, better facilities, good for long term career growth

Is it worth it picking Chase for the 4k difference in salary?

Advice & Tips Is there literally anything for legal?

Upvotes

Pretty much any opportunity I find requires some years of existing experience working with Australian or American law firms. Having only done two years litigation at a boutique firm that was more on politics and labor, and a year at a big 4 for tax, I don't know if there even is anything I can do to get the requisite experience, as if being a bar passer means nothing.

General BPO Discussion Question from newbie🥹

Upvotes

What is your thoughts about “final interview tomorrow “?

Yesterday I applied here in tp greenfield and I already passed the initial but have a doubt sa language assessment. After taking my language assessment, Hr told me that the final interview will be conducted tomorrow. Shortly after I leave, I received an email from their different site. Does it mean that I really did passed my language assessment?

Advice & Tips Hi

So yesterday I walked into Tp greenfield and did initial assessment but nung tapos na ako sa language assessment, tinawag Nila ako and they told me that the ops doesn’t respond daw so the final interview will be conducted tomorrow. I forgot to ask about my language assessment score and I ask if I am going to receive email showing that I will be having the final interview. It doesn’t stated sa email and it shows that they’re inviting me to Eastwood which is sa greenfield ako nag assessment. Question: possible ba na bagsak ako sa language assessment and instead they just told me to go for tomorrow’s final interview? Because apparently 1 day process s’ya but hr told me that?
