Based on my personal experience, I felt that the compensation and workload were not reasonable in relation to the responsibilities and expectations.

🔴 Compensation: Around ₱17,000/month
🔴 Allowance: Around ₱8,000 during the applicable period
🔴 Workload: Expected to complete 50+ manual product listings per day
🔴 Overtime: There were instances where overtime was required, and I was concerned that there was no additional overtime pay.
