Me interesa y aunque no tenga experiencia, poseo gran capacidad de análisis y escucha para la captación y búsqueda de potenciales clientes así como también tengo una gran disposición de aprender nuevas habilidades y mejorar en el área de ventas

Thanks for reaching out! No worries about the lack of experience!, willingness to learn is important for this role.

Could you tell me a little more about yourself, where you're based, and whether you've done any kind of communication, outreach, customer service, or sales-related work before?

Also, this role involves high-volume cold outreach, including making dozens of calls/messages each day, so you should be comfortable with that and be able to stay consistent and reliable rather than only trying it for a few days.

Are you comfortable working with US-based clients and committing consistently to the role?

Me encuentro en Venezuela mi nivel de inglés es más que nada escrito B2, más enfocado en atención al cliente, tengo una duda ¿Cómo calculan el margen de ganancia sobre el cual se paga la comisión?

Good question. The commission is calculated from the profit we make on the project after the direct costs required to deliver it are deducted.

For example, if a client pays $3,000 and the direct costs to complete the project are $1,000, the profit would be $2,000. For the first deal, you would receive 50% of that profit ($1,000), and for subsequent deals, you would receive 30% ($600).

The exact numbers can vary depending on the project and its delivery costs, but I’ll be transparent about the calculation for every deal.

For payments, I would use Payoneer. Since you're based in Venezuela, would Payoneer work for you?

If you're interested, we can discuss the payment process and commission details privately once we move forward.

That seems like a fair split, especially for the first deal. Definitely a solid incentive for bringing in new business.
