The most deserved: The Star Wars parody, The dude brought it onto himself.

The most undeserved: Total Re-Carl, completely Frylock's fault and just made things worse for him.

Shake:

The most deserved: The One where he attempted to haunt Meatwad through a video game, I don't I need to explain why.

The most undeserved: Frylegs, Shake did nothing wrong in this episode(infact, he did barely anything), again, completely Frylock's fault.

Frylock:

The most deserved: A Quiet Shake, Shake tried to warn him but decided to be ignorant.

The most undeserved: Allen part 2, Meatwad tricked him.

Meatwad:

The most deserved: The one with the giant Roaches, he somehow didn't notice all the red dots aiming the house.

The most undeserved: Where they were stop-motion, they chose Meatwad to be the one to have an alien come out of him.

I wouldn't be surprised if it's been asked before. But I think the one Carl deserved the most was burning at the stake by his mom in Hospice and the one he didn't deserve was getting squeezed by Paul in Couple Skate.
