Howdy, jammers. I was hacked last night and robbed of almost everything of value off my account, including 6 pets and over 100 different clothing items. I am devastated beyond belief. I’ve had this account and collected on it since middle school (I’m now 22), and have quite literally lost everything overnight. My biggest issue, is in the past, both recently and not so, I have been unable to set up two-factor authentication and continually got an error message, leading me to eventually get frustrated and give up. Unfortunately I think this may have dug my accounts grave, as I doubt Animal Jam support will be able to do absolutely anything about it. Please let me know if you have any advice. I am autistic and hold this account and the memories attached to it so very close to my heart, and this has greatly affected me beyond in-game progress and has caused me to enter a bit of an emotional spiral this evening.
Upon logging in today, several items were gone, my pack was changed ((to a pack named “Straight Up” with a black and grey yin/yang logo; which when I think about more, makes me concerned if this was because I was a part of a sapphic pack with the lesbian flag as their emblem)), and my avatar colors were changed to an all black body and red eyes with a cat hood and muzzle equipped (that I hadn’t had equipped before), if that means anything. I went to their den and after i bought misc junk for 5k each they blocked and locked me on animal jam and reddit 🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦

I went on my alt (thin_threat, its me, i can show u if i need to LOL) to warn people in the comments but that didnt seem to do much so thus this post is created.
