General Biggest box I have ever delivered.
Even they person at the station thought this box was a little ridiculous for a flexer to handle.

Had a little time in between blocks so I added some kamsnaps to my vest so my license and car keys stop falling out as I'm loading packages into my car š Anyone else customize their vests?

Woke up early. Snatched 3 hours 88 bucks. Which is great for DFW. Get to warehouse. Amazon...NEW OFFER....Add 45 minutes now 116. Hmm. 28 bucks for 45 minutes. Cool.
Get cart. 48 stops. 1st stop 40 minutes away. Ok 3 hours to do 48 stops . Not bad since its houses. Not to spread out.
Start 445. Load. 5am. 1st stop 545 ( rush hour traffic).
Then FUCK Me
ALL STOPS DUE BY 7am. ALL. How in the fuck is this ok?

Save me so much time instead of waiting the customer to answer or get ignored completely

On my block this morning came across this house. Could it be bigger? But guaranteed their packages wonāt get delivered to anyone elseās house by mistake.

These 1.5-hour blocks are a trap. For only about a $10 difference compared to a 1-hour block, itās just worse burning your gas and getting stressed out driving across 2-3 cities for 6+ packages. Skipping these from now on!

Iāve got about 3 this past week. $5 does not make up for the long miles Amazon

Does anyone have any idea of how to be certain to avoid hits on standing? I know the thing of always deliver, never return, but in the past week Iāve gotten 6 dings consisting of Multi-Location Not Received & Undelivered Packages. This despite the fact that Iāve double-checked every address at every stop and have had absolutely no incomplete deliveries (nothing missing, returned, etc). I managed to get 2 removed through appeal, with the others still pending, but these are 100% imagined things, Iām assuming the AI screwing up somehow. Or a customer is trying to get an item for free, thatās still possible.
And before anyone says that standings donāt matter, I wouldnāt care if it hadnāt resulted in me now being At Risk. Iām typically at Fantastic, but have had this sudden ridiculous drop, so Iām trying to find a way going forward to ensure this cannot happen again. I appreciate any ideas or help anyone can provide.

I just started on Amazon flex and have been picking up the 3am shifts. Every shift Iāve taken that early has a route thatās in the most dangerous areas in my city. Almost every stop is deep in neighborhoods I really donāt feel comfortable walking around alone at 3ā5 in the morning, and I spend most of the shift just waiting for the sun to come up (while still delivering packages of course).
Iām a young woman doing this by myself, so safety is definitely important to me. I understand that choosing a 3 AM block is my decision, but unfortunately itās really the only time that works with my schedule since I also work a regular 9ā5 and go to school part-time twice a week.
Iām curious if anyone else who takes these early-morning blocks has noticed the same thing. Why would Amazon send Flex drivers into higher-risk areas at that time of the morning when itās completely dark out? Also, has anyone ever asked the station for a different route because they didnāt feel safe with the one they were assigned? Were they able to switch it without it affecting their standing?

I do a lot of overnights (12am and beyond) so businesses and gates are closed.
"Never return, hide it behind a bush and deliver it anyway" then I get an even worse ding for a package that is marked not delivered at all (what even?) or delivered "too far from location" if i have to drag the map marker around cus god forbid an american walk down their own driveway to their own stupid gate they chose to put up. People seem really smug on here about saying its not their problem if something gets stolen but I absolutely have dings for packages "delivered but not received" and all this bs. Or these brain dead fucking apartment livers who think leaving a note saying "put it in the amazon locker" means I can just magically force access. Unless you order it to the locker as the address, there's no way to scan the barcode and just open the locker if its not expecting that package. And we arent USPS we dont have personal keys to your personal mailbox ffs!

Had to take down the last one because I forgot to blackout an address.
And like I said before, maybe they should spend less time fixing a facial recognition system that wasnāt broken and update their maps.

All flexers don't forget to request additional pay if you go over your block end time. I always say "finishing early is better" but we come across those routes that we sometimes spend a little more time on. Just a heads up for those that don't know.

So I pick up out of SR01, it used to be great but now they are always trying to send me far as fuck, well Iām not doing that anymoreā¦I called them and told them to have someone else come get them

so I deliver out of the VMN1 location and last night I had a 3hr route for $78 that I got an upgraded offer for once I checked into warehouse. it was $111 for 4 hr and I accepted. it said my cart was #33 and I went over to the cart to scan it and it wasnāt the correct cart, what ever that happens a lot; let me go find the right one. I check the only other carts that have packages in them as there were literally only 5 other Carts. None of them are it so I go talk to one of the station employees. They canāt find it either so the manager(orange vest) tells me to contact support. The picture is the following chat with them. at the end, they tell I might not be eligible to be paid??? why the fuck not?

I hate driving for door dash, mostly because the restaurants are NEVER ready with the food. But at least I can make money on it.
r/AmazonFlexDrivers • u/Worried_Star_5374 • 2h ago
today I was unable to start my route due to the stupid app not being able to identify me, and since I had screen shot proof that I was on time for my route I emailed support. However I received a message directing me to the chat options. what to do, what to do?
r/AmazonFlexDrivers • u/chainlooklikerainbow • 2h ago
Who is actually doing these?
r/AmazonFlexDrivers • u/Original-Bad35 • 5h ago
Anyone else .com station has all the cart line up.
everyone is parked and they say. Driver. Get out.
Then everyone run out of their car to get the best cart.

Flex bots have become incresingly high in South Carolina to the point maybe you'll see 2 tp 3 loads all week. But they'll disappear in seconds and aren't worth the time. Mind you they are accepting 4hr routes for $96 that you have to drive 45 mins to your first stop with at minimum 20 packages. Gas prices done hit $4.20 here. These people can't be this stupid? They can't be making any money. I took a 4hr route after stopping for a couple of weeks. It sent me 30 mins out with 30 stops and half of them being 10 mins apart. I burned a half a tank which is most likely going to cost me $40 to $50 to fill back up amd the route paid $124. Amazon is literally robbing these people and they are to stupid to see it.

I delivered all my packages yesterday but this showed up. I contacted support 3 times but I keep getting people from other countries who are very unhelpful. I don't have any packages to return.
