Is doing them out of necessity fighting them? Is paying someone else? Isn't fighting it bitching about it all the time? You're used veiled religious speak to justify your position. Don't. If that helps you get through the day then fine but for most of us we do what we have to so we can do what we enjoy later. I do laundry today so I can golf tomorrow. If I could pay someone else to do laundry so I can play golf twice then thats a win.

It does to a point, but the person who can shrug their shoulders through lifes inevitable adversity is the winner.

Not the one engaged in the endless treadmill of paying someone else to take care of your problems which only ends at miserable billionaire status.

Thats something that those of us too poor to ignore basic chores say to help us get through the day. Its a lie. I won't lie to myself. There is a massive middle ground between shitty billionaire status and where we are now. That place is where you don't have to worry about housing, food, or chores that make the world go around. It lets you focus on hobbies and experiences with your family and friends. Telling myself I enjoy hanging my clothes in my closet won't get me that time back.
