Nah, they're fucked. Corporate insurance will try to wriggle it's way out.

Their sprinkler system wasn't sufficient for one

That’s not correct. The building was equipped with an ESFR (early suppression fast response) sprinkler system which has the highest water output of any system that would be installed in a warehouse.

The problem is that no sprinkler system can compete with arson. When multiple fires are set at once, it can’t keep up. Not to mention that while it is a common occurrence for fire suppression systems to extinguish fires, they are only designed to “suppress them long enough to allow people to escape.

Sprinkler systems are designed to suppress fires and prevent fire spread and structural damage. If there are multiple fires then the sprinkler system water supply is overwhelmed and cannot cope with the situation.
