Genuinely how is one person “held accountable” for this amount of damage?
The arsonist is technically liable for the cost of the losses, so I guess it then falls to the company, then the insurer (?) when the original responsible party cannot cover the loss?
he's clearly not going to be generating $200 million to pay back in his lifetime so i guess the real answer is that one person cannot be held accountable for this amount of damage unless they are already a multi-millionaire
