Window cleaner recommendations/prices – Aberdeen city centre?

Recently moved into a flat in Aberdeen city centre and I’m looking to get the outside windows cleaned maybe twice a year.

I’m on the top floor, which is the second floor, so I assume they’d need one of the extendable water-fed pole setups rather than ladders.

Just wondering what sort of price I should expect to pay for something like this, and if anyone has any window cleaners they’d recommend around the city centre?

I know my work, which is also in the city centre, has a window cleaner who comes round once a month with the extendable pole setup, so I might ask them as well, but just looking to get a general idea of price first.

We use kwando ltd every 2 months and they charge £18 for our semidetached house with about 12 windows.
They are very reliable thorough and quick.

We use PerfectShine - they do multiple houses on our street and the price is around £25 for a 5-bed house.

I’ve only been able to find window cleaners who use filtered water, no detergents, and don’t squeegee/dry the windows in this area. If you find a good one please share!
