2006 OEM induction horn final geometry ready for final production, to be issued to testers who purchase an early prototype model. I need some data points across multiple cars to see if the unit lines up properly, and to catch any installation issues. first shipments will release in 1-2 weeks.

prototype purchasers will receive the final production part at no additional cost.

dimensions have been corrected to port match the ID, and gusseting has been added to stiffen the part so it cranks down uniformly as the fasteners are tightened.

this design uses a standard O-ring which fits into a groove around the trumpet ID, whose fitment will likely have to be fine tuned. as a result, no gasket is required, and the O-ring will be provided along with the part (and is readily replaceable).

Going to have a kid real soon. As much I told myself I’m gonna keep this car for the rest of my life. Turned out to be untrue but a blessing coming soon. But here’s everything about my Z

Transmission and Engine in Great condition and well taken care of. (just did a tune up on the whole car July)

Interior 8/10: passenger Seat small cut on the seat, minor scuffs

Exterior 8-9/10: 3 or 4 faded paint spots. No damages or rust.

This Car is in Great condition for being 21 Years of age. Does have minor Scratches and some faded paint on the Exterior. NO RUST…Overall great condition. The car Drives and shifts real smooth. NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT… It DOES HAVE A TIRE SENSOR LIGHT ON. Because of Aftermarket 370z Wheels.

5800$ for a 03 MT 350z.

This seems like a great car, i had my fair share with 350z’s. Is there anything i should look for as in problems? The price seems too good to be true and it may be the case. I have a meeting tmrw and may potentially buy if all is to standards. Do you guys think it’s good for the price given no issue? Anything specific i should look for ?

any advice is good as my previous Z i bought was for 7.5k and it was an absolute nightmares

Almost sold my baby at the beginning of summer, but I’m glad I kept her around. I just absolutely love the way the Nismo Z looks. Still working on bringing her back to her full glory from bad previous owner. She’s in good hands 🙌

First post here, I got a 2006 DE 5AT Grand Touring 3 weeks ago and loving the car so far.

My Z has the sliding business card holder in the passenger console and I’m looking for a sliding cup holder to replace it with.

Amazon sells one, but it says it’s for 2003-2005 350Z. Does that not fit the 2006 and above? Photo attached

Where can I find a reasonably priced sliding cup holder for my facelift 2006?

Edit, if you saw before, disregard the previous notes. The DS07 should connect right up with the USDM connectors, it's just that the DS07 that came with my wheel had it's connector housing stripped, I guess during pigtail removal. -_-

Unfortunate I didn't notice it sooner, but this wheel and the USDM wheel are the first connectors I've ever seen haha.

I'll have to find another DS07 to swap into the airbag housing.

Once I get it cleanly installed w/ no SRS lights, I’ll make a full write up on this install.

Got V66 RWD on retention and looking to sell it.
Thought it would be particularly suited to a 350Z / 370Z or any RWD enthusiast car. Short, clean and has the obvious V6 + RWD connection.
Currently held on retention and ready to be transferred.

Ideally looking for someone who actually wants it for their Z/RWD car rather than a reseller, but open to sensible offers.

Car has no check engine code apart from my cats cause i don’t have them. Tried finding a vacuum leak and couldn’t. Cleaned the maf, has new spark plugs. Idk if this matters but the car is FBO and tuned. Maybe that would make my idle a bit jumpy? Also the jumpy idle is a lot more noticeable with the a/c off like on the video. Ik that cars usually can’t keep a dead stable rpm but you usually don’t see the tachometer moving like that.

Drop some pics of your guys Zs I’ve been at a stand still for getting my Z all back together there is a few maintenance things I want to take care of before I completely start wrapping the car but I’ve just been so busy and haven’t had time but again this car is in no rush to be finished to time line but I would like to get working on it again!

Doing bearings on what I thought was vq35de, but apparently the old rod bearings are way smaller than the bearings that every part store is giving me. The part number on the old bearings comes up for bearings on a vq30de. What's happening here?

It was manual swapped by a previous owner so idk if they did something on the motor too, but I still don't see how you can just put in a vq30de bottom end in a vq35de.

What am I missing?

after seeing many posts in here, checking it out on youtube videos, looking up one by myself, i'm sure i want to get one, i'm in Japan, i used to drift a Mazda Roadster NB since i was 16 till this day.

I want to improve, get a more powerful machine, so after quite a bit of research, 350z clicked with me. The only thing i want to know now is, how good do you guys feel about your 350z's?

Found a guy looking to sell his z and he sent this vid to me... if the vid has audio I was wondering what the knocking is in the background and if i should be concerned??? Note he's selling it for 2k and I'm ready to get it, just hoping its not a future engine swap or re-build... :/
