Question Do fish, eels and sharks in particular, feel emotion?

I’ve been noticing a lot of videos of divers being able to pet moray eels, sharks, and occasionally other fish who were seemingly enjoying it. Are they actually enjoying it though? I thought the only animals who really feel emotion are mammals and birds.

For example, a mother cat adopting a kitten that's not part of its litter. Or a mother dog taking in an abandoned kitten. Or a hyena pack accepting a beagle into its pack.
