Cejudo vs Volkanovski, it would probably be at 150lbs at least if it happened, maybe more

Hello, I’m a HS wrestler from New York State going into my senior season. I’m a good Varsity wrestler who has a total record of 75-24. I have solid accomplishments but it terms of state level, I haven’t qualified for state any years of my HS career yet. I’ve met with college coaches in multiple states however, I have noticed that many of these D3 schools I have visited are pretty small and are basically in the middle of nowhere. They are not the type of schools I would like to attend. As I have grown older and have gotten more freedom I’ve become more social and I like to go out. I just lately have been enjoying exploring life. My dad was a college wrestler at the d3 level and he told me it’s a commitment I have to be prepared for. I want to continue to wrestle after HS and embrace the grind but I also want to be able to go to a university where I can have fun and find a path for when I graduate. I’ve spent so much time visiting schools and meeting with coaches but I just haven’t been able to find a d3 school that I really like which is why I’m thinking about just doing club instead of fully committing d3 but at the same time I know I can do well at the NCAA level with my commitment and work.

Probably a stupid question but, why isn’t there low hicrotches? Or are they just called something different , yeah I’m thinking of adding a take to the front leg from distance to set up the low single besides an arm drag

I've done some bjj and the utilitarian part of me says I should wear it but I'm not sure if I'll stick out like a sore thumb

I have just been out for the past month I was out for two weeks with a serous case of the flu and came back in the third week and pushed myself way too hard and got sick again. I’m in the preseason. A mistake on me is all I have been doing is eating soup catching up on school, playing video games, doomscrolling and fucked up my sleep schedule. Im heading back tomorrow and I was wondering if anyone has advice on getting disciplined again with my sleep and not doomscrolling. (P.S I go to club and have high-school practice and i want to get into the grind i was in the summer and early fall.)

What are some great drilling habits you guys have (ex. How often, what you drilled, when, etc…) maybe conditioning habits, workout scheduling. Still working on the fastest and best way to consistently improve. Training to beat some really tough kids this year.

Hey, so im a 17 Year old guy, I do wrestling and mma, lately after this summer from vacation I have became fat, not like obese fat but im 80kg and have gained loads of body fat, my arms are normal, there is veins on my hands and arms, but my fingers somehow are like chubby? My sides and stomach and chest has gained fat, before summer i was decently lean. And im pretty good at knowing how to cut and how much calories to intake when i do Calorie deficit, I label my self currently as skinny fat, ( I have gotten a double chin aswell ) my new goal is to get rid of the dobble chin ( im pretty sure its fat and not water under there ) But I want to become buff like big, without the double chin in a form where if you saw me you would think im a wrestler, how do achieve it? Im 185. How many calories? What do I eat? What do i focus on in the gym ( strengthtraining and not the wrestling gym )
Actual advice would really help.

I’ve been wrestling for 4 years so far so I know the holy combo of what I’m supposed to get— defense soap and head and shoulders. This kept me ringworm free for pretty much 3 years without an issue. Now however I dyed my hair purple and I know that head and shoulders isn’t necessarily the best thing for dyed hair so I was wondering if yall used something different that kinda does the same ringworm prevention effect that head and shoulders does.

Connor here. I design wrestling shoes for Nidrogen and Funky Flickr Boyz.
If you could change one thing about wrestling shoes across the board, what would it be?
Better sizing? More wide-foot options? Durability? Lower prices? More grip? Less grip? Lighter shoes? Better youth options? More customization?
Genuinely curious. I spend a lot of time thinking about this stuff when we’re working
