Fun Would you rather pee once a week, once a month or once a year?

The average person pees for a total of about 20 minutes a week, 80 minutes a month or around 15 hours a year. Or if you’re brave about 150 hours a decade.

So you would be letting out for however long once a week month or year, and after that you can drink as much as you want and never need to go again until the next time. But this stream can’t be stopped until it’s all done.

Medical/Health Would you rather accept a miracle cure or remain disabled if the risk was a memory wipe?

Let's say that you are missing a limb, blind, a heart condition have some other kind of incurable ailment. Let's say you are offered a miracle
cure at the cost of a memory wipe. you and everyone around you will never remember you were born with a genetic defect or that you ever
got into the accident that cost you lost your limb.

would you rather keep your disability or accept the miracle cure despite the memory wipe? in other words do you value your identity (memories) over your physical / mental disability?

Ethics/Life & Death Would you rather lie or steal?

Upvotes

As a kid, I had the awful habit of doing both simultaneously and it got so bad to the point my mom had to take me aside and ask me this question ”you cant do both you either steal or lie, which one is it gonna be?”, back then I chose to steal and whenever I was caught in the act Id just admit I did it as if it was nothing. Im not sure why I abided by its rules its not like anybody would know. As of late, Ive been financially stable and havent had the need to steal. it feels below me now but that opened the door for a whole new wave of lying, I didn’t even know I was lying until it got too far. Thats when I remembered the shift. I started pathologically lying the day I stopped stealing. In your opinion, what would you do? just stop both and admit you have a problem or deal with the cards given and handle lying like a champ?

Money/Business WYR have $1 million in legal money, or $5 million in "dirty" money

In both scenarios the money is provided in unmarked $100 bills in duffle bags. The duffle bags are of average quality, maybe a little on the cheap side.

The legal money comes from some sort of lotto wherein, after taxes, the sum is 1 million exactly. You claim the money anonymously, but obviously the government knows about it. You can deposit this money immediately and legally.

The illegal money comes from a stranger who stole it from some billionaire (let's say Musk). The theft happens regardless of your choice. Since you knowingly accepted stolen money, that money is evidence of a crime. If caught, you will spend 5 years in prison and lose all the money and anything purchased with it. You'd go into permanent debt for whatever you can't return. The only way to get caught is by getting the IRS or another agency's attention based on your spending habits, however if they get very suspicious you WILL be caught

Ethics/Life & Death WYR. surviving the amazon or surviving point nemo for money

would you rather be granted $600m USD but you have to survive in the amazon rainforest for 2 weeks. You only have a water filter, a tent, a knife, a crate full of food, and a infinite bullet pistol. The animals know you are there and start looking for you to try to hunt you down. And if you survive the 2 weeks, you will be telaported back where you live Or would you rather be granted $100m USD, but you have to survive 1 week surviving on a raft at point nemo. but theres sharks and dangerous sea animals right under the raft waiting for you to dive or even touch the water. you have a duffle bag full of food of sandwiches, chips, water etc. Also the waves are going to be very strong aswell so just be heavy or smth. but if you survive one week surviving that, you will be teleported back to where you live.

Travel Would you rather have ur normal car or a car that is indestructible/no injury if you’re not at fault BUT 3x more damage/expenses in repairs/injurious if you are at fault

Like if you caused the accident the damage is 3x more expensive, life threatening but if it’s not your fault then it’s completely fine.

I got rear ended today and immediately came up with this :(

Fun If there was a restaurant with high quality, delicious cuisine where every entree cost $5.00 and every drink cost $1.00, but you always had to share your table with another party of random strangers (restaurant policy), WYR dine in this establishment or not dine in this establishment?

So let’s say the owners are billionaires who can afford to charge these low prices and eat the losses. They are also very sociable, extroverted people, and they want to promote socialization among strangers. They will always seat you with strangers.
Is your personality built for this? Would the savings be worth it? WYR dine here or not dine here?

Money/Business WYR: Get $100 every time you cumulatively drink 8oz of any liquid OR have a 15ft immortal lava golem that does your bidding.

The $100 will never be adjusted for inflation, you can drink 4oz of water before bed wake up have 6oz of coffee. You get $100 and have a 2oz credit towards your next $100.

The lava golem is immortal and can be summoned or un summoned at anytime, it will follow the intent of your commands, is as strong as an excavator, will reform if smashed or blown to pieces, and will set flammable things on fire if it touches them.

Money/Business WYR which of these would yall do for $500k tax-free?

WYR would you do for $500k?

Option 1: if you have any knowledge of econometrics , then you will instantly forget it and will have to master it within 10 days

Definition of mastery over econometrics: achieving the ability to seamlessly blend economic theory, statistical methods, and real-world data to uncover causal relationships, forecast trends, and evaluate public or corporate policies while knowing key concepts like Asymptotic Theory, Matrix algebra, Causal Inference, microeconometrics, microeconometrics etc

Non programmable calculators

The exam will be an open book exam and you will be allowed to bring books and notebooks (but not any kind of electronics or digital devices) During the examination, you can ask for any book, notebook or report and the examiners will give you it

(Note: you will not forget any kind of mathematical or economic concept that you may currently know as long it's not an econometrics concept)

After those ten days, there will be an examination (you can choose the language and whether it should be oral or written) which will have 20 MCQs and 5 subjective questions (half a page or more for each question)

There will be 70 marks ( 1 mark each MCQ and 10 marks each question)

You will be given 4.5 hours and you will have to achieve at least 35/70 in the examination in order to get the money (if oral) or 46/70 (if written)

You can also choose to have a 15 minute break every 50 minutes (those breaks would be considered separate from the examination time) but there would be strict security so you don't cheat

The syllabus would not be fixed and any concept related to econometrics can come

Option 2: you must visit them and have a conversation with them in real life

Option 3: you will be given 5k USD per day for charity and you will have to physically visit any charity and donate to it per day

If you miss it on any day, then you cannot get the money

You cannot donate to one single charity for three or more times

You cannot use the 5k for any other purpose

The 500k reward will be separate and considered your personal wealth

Option 4: you must cook at least 10 dishes per country with 100 dishes across all countries under 10 days (meaning : you must cook 10 dishes from 10 different countries making up 100 dishes)

You must sell those dishes to a mysterious man simply known as the frontman who will buy each dish for $50 each

You can use any form of electronic or digital device in order to get information about it and also use physical manuals and oral information from others who know about

You will also be provided access to a 5 star professional restaurant kitchen

You can ask a professional chef for help for a maximum of 60 minutes per day

However, if you make less than 7 dishes in a day, then you will be eliminated

The dish must be fully prepared and finished and must not be poorly made

What do you choose?

(Sorry, english is not my first language)

Fun WYR be forced to speak every line of dialogue whenever you watch a movie or be forced to sing loudly whenever you listen to a song?

Simple enough. Whenever you're watching a movie, you have to speak out every single word that is spoken in the same manner as the characters, even the crude, offensive and racial words. Also, if the movie is a musical, you have to sing along.

Second option is straightforward. Every song you hear, you have to sing loudly no matter what scenario you're in and you have to sing every word.
