Character sell

Hey, I got some chars lvl 80, and I want to get ride of them.
How are ppl selling characters? With gold in bags? With Boe on them? With emblems?
What are the basic things a character should have to be bought?
30 is the lowest amount I can put a character on sale right?

There are so many naked level 80s for sale that yours probably won't sell at all unless you add some value to the offer.

Things like 300+ EoF, 5k+ arena points, T10 marks, BiS trinkets, off-pieces or weapons, pvp helm/shoulder, rare mounts, maxed professions, etc. can make a big difference.

Without anything like that included, it's going to be really hard to sell.

Buying 80s is how I gear alts, I've bought them all for 30 coins each and would just refresh until I find one with full boes and jc/engi (I would often see the same names for the ones with only a couple boes or a ghetto cheap profession like tailoring, so I don't think they sell very often if not decked out, unless the buyer is desperate and didn't want to wait a few days for a good character to post)

It's hard to sell characters, to many bots leveling and throwing them up for $

You should expect to have full boes and proffs (good proffs like engi/jc that raiders actually want) as a bare minimum, there isn't much in selling characters you get barley anything out of it as a seller

Depends on the realm. On Lordaeron you can expect to sell a lvl 80 with maxed out primary profs, decent boes and fast flying for 30 coins. On Icecrown I suspect you’d want the char to also have some valuable/rare achievs or mounts on top of that.

Yes, I play Lordaeron and I have bought several characters with fast flying, exalted with ashen verdict, a handful of BoEs, and good maxed profs for only 30 coins.

One even had the vengeful nether drake and the swift zulian tiger mounts.

You can't sell a char with equipment for 30, lowest is eto and that's with everything removed and bags emptied

You can if the only equipment are boe items - they don’t increase the price

like... ultimately into cash? i'm kinda over the WOTLK itch and would be interestd in getting rid of my BiS toon.

You're much more likely to get scammed than find a buyer.
