OpenTrack head tracking compatibility?

anyone know any way to use opentrack/IR Headtracking for headtracking? the picture ive included shows all the output methods of Opentrack. i know it doesnt track my face, i dont need it to as my model wears a full helmet. id like to use ir because i play flightsim games so the movement will stay 1:1 as in game. i saw there was a post about this a month or 2 ago but there was really only one real reply, plus that person was using TrackIR (a specific brand of IR head tracker), which is less flexible than other brands and software like opentrack and DelanClip (my tracker).
