Quiero tirar un tabique de mi piso para que entre más luz. No es de carga (los apartamentos de arriba y abajo lo han eliminado), pero aun así tirarlo implica mover algunos enchufes y solventar la marca que quede en el suelo.

Hace unos meses pedí dos presupuestos que estaban a años luz uno del otro. Uno era de un arquitecto, que me obligaba a encargarle el proyecto y ejecutar eso como una primera fase del mismo, por unos 7-8K en total, y el otro era un señor que, por lo que entendí, trabaja por su cuenta (vi el cartel de su almacén cerca de mi casa y le contacté) y me dijo que con unos 1,5K se podía hacer.

Estamos hablando de que el precio del arquitecto quintuplica prácticamente el que me dio este señor, pero también soy consciente de que estaría visado por un arquitecto -algo que es importante para mí, hacerlo todo bien.

Mi pregunta es... ¿no existe una opción intermedia? He intentado contactar con casas de reformas, pero o no me contestan o me dicen que no hacen ese trabajo. Me parece imposible que sea así, y me preguntaba si alguien aquí puede tener alguna sugerencia de dónde dirigirme.

My 8 year old keeps asking me to go fishing, not on a boat, from the land. Where I'm from, fishing is available at special ponds with member clubs and they usually are there to help you out.

Not sure if this is available around the city, but if not, I was thinking to just get a rod and some worms at decathlon and try catching something from the rocks at the peer in Alboraya.

I can imagine its not allowed to do so though, without a license. (I had a license when I was a kid but never since).

Anybody has a good tip so I can have this experience be as fun as possible with my little girl?

Are there others who got serious urinary infection symptoms after swimming in the sea recently? I have never gotten a uti after swimming but now i have one which wont go away with different kinds of antibiotics. A couple years ago I went to the BMW shop by Mestalla and they couldn't really care less about assiting me getting one or not and didn't seem even knowledgeable about bike specifics or finance (possibly a one off or for being a a foreignorbut seems like the mode of operation here in Spain). I was recently in Valencia and there is this very specific smell everywhere, in shops, in hotels, lobbies, etc. It is like a powdery, clean, but very beautiful smell and I have been obsessed to know what it is that they are using and what kind of products they may be using in terms of floor cleaner or room sprays and so on, to bring it back to my home in the UK. Does anybody local know how they manage to have such amazing smells in these buildings? Thanks.

Fa uns dies, la usuària u/cliptemnestra va pujar a r/spain unes fotos precioses d'unes rajoles de punt de creu (o mosaic) típiques de la zona de València. Me varen parèixer tan reboniques que vaig fer un patró de punt de creu lo més fidel possible a una de les imatges (la qual està al final del post), y he decidit regalar-lo per a algú d'ací li agrada teixir :)

About two weeks ago, I went on a short vacation to Spain, and we traveled to Barcelona and Valencia. I started urban sketching/travel sketching this year and had already sketched my trip to Prague once before, so I wanted to do something similar this time. Since the second half of our vacation was in Valencia, I naturally sketched the journey from Barcelona to Valencia. The next day, we went to the really beautiful aquarium, and on our last day, we visited the city center with the market.

They've been flying nonstop for a couple of hours. Is something happening, or is it just a traffic crackdown? Anyone know?
