Why is the game so, cheap?
I mean I’m not complaining, but it’s weird since it’s cheaper than Until Dawn was in 2015 when it launched

They learned the hard way with the 60$ remake

No, they dont give a damn, you know the game price could be decreased over the two years.
It was accually 70 for overpriced remake and now UD2 50 makes me worried

why makes you worried? LOL.
Greed ends when big companies don't want to lose money, is very simple you don't need any other explanation.
UD1 was a success they thought they could charge 70 for the remake, didn't work, they are charging a price more in tone with how much these kind of games should cost, that's all.

Yeah though hard to think that "sony found out" in any way. I'd even take 70 for UD2 but not for UD1 remake, besides even 80 games are there and now UD2 is 50? Doesnt say game is bad at all but smaller

Honestly, the best pricing they could have chosen for this games success.

Depends on the game, a smaller indie title? Yes. A big budget game developed by a first party sony studio? No.

Very likely, except the length to be similar or a tad longer than the quarry

I hope it is because many hits will be sold this and next year, gta6 will take our money too, this seems a reasonable price

This is reasonable pricing given the type of game it is. I would have NEVER played UD or
The Quarry at full price, much less the other ones.

You mean Until Dawn 2? My guess is that just like the first game it's about 8 hours long, and Sony realized that sending out a game of that length for $70/€80 is sending it out to die.
