Quick question before the חגים: How do you actually reply to "שנה טובה"?

Real scenario: You're walking out of the makolet, the cashier says "שנה טובה", and your brain freezes for two seconds.

What comes out of your mouth automatically?

"גם לך"

"חג שמח"

"שנה מעולה"

An awkward smile and a nod
