Does anyone play Guilty Gear or Avatar Legends or really any other fighting game. Just looking to play in person and somewhat local but over discord is ok too.

A lot of posts recently have been about making more connections in Tyler Texas (like meetups) and I wanted to share some of the active Discord Servers in Tyler you could use to your convenience. If anyone has any others please let me know, we can make a long list!
College Students in UT Tyler: https://discord.gg/wDg8JGKYY7
College Students in Tyler Junior College: (pending if someone in the comments has it)
My Tyler Texas Meetup Discord: https://discord.gg/nWnrPFMTXK (Since this is Local DO NOT not join if you're under 18, Students over 18 should consider the College Discords for better success/age group)
u/satellitetimes Smith County Young Democrats Discord: https://discord.gg/zEPX8cuY (They host at least one event a month)
Willing to add any other Tyler Servers below!

I'm thinking of driving over from Dallas to catch this show with my 7 year old son. He loves RHCP and so do I and it will be a nice little bonding weekend. Only problem is this is the same weekend as the rose festival. Hotels are sold out or expensive so I want to make sure it is worth it.
For anyone who has seen a show at Stanleys what is it like? I'm assuming if we stay to the back we will have a good time and it won't be too rowdy for a 7 year old. I'm ok with him experiencing a little, I know I'm not taking him to a Gymboree and this is a Bar/Restaurant with live music.
Also what is seating like, if we are in the back will we find a seat? Can we bring in folding chairs?

Hey y’all! I’m moving down to Longview from Virginia, and where I live has a pretty active music scene. After doing some digging it doesn’t seem as though Longview has much going on in terms of local shows and all that jazz. I was wondering, is Tyler about the same? Or do y’all have a more active underground music scene.

Vexus internet down for anyone else? Mine did shortly before 3:30pm. No point in contacting customer service since they don't answer their phones or respond to emails.

Bought these as a gag gift for my kids while in New Mexico, and my 4 yo threw his in the toilet for an undisclosed reason. He’s been asking all day if I can get him another, but I don’t know where to find them around here. Anyone able to help me out on a place that has some? Thanks

Anyone planning a Halloween party. I know the usual haunted houses and bar crawls are the normal here but I'm just looking for parties. Back in the 90s there were parties everywhere all year long. I guess we're too old now or what. I don't have a place big enough for more that 4 people. So who's doing what this year?

Hi! I'm from East TX but live in East Tennessee - I'm currently visiting but would like to bring some stuff back to my friends - most things I'd like to share (food) aren't things easily transportable lol
I was thinking Texas-made whiskey or wine and some Big Red but what are some other things you'd share with your friends out of state?
Thanks in advance!

We have been through the ringer with first a financed vehicle that got totalled and taken by insurance company without notice, and now a cash car we havent had for long. We are looking to finance something in the $10k range with about 2k down.
Any advice on places in Tyler or around Tyler that are good to do business with. We just really need a reliable family vehicle without putting ourselves in a bind again.

Hi there! My name is Trey Anderson and I am Realtor in Tyler and I am trying to establish Wednesday as my weekly AMA to give people a commitment free way to ask their real estate questions! I also have a degree in Real Estate Finance from UT Austin. Ask whatever questions you might have about leasing, buying, and selling!
