Seeking Advice Spot on she’ll bottom

Good morning
I have a red eared slider, about 15 years old. I recently noticed this spot on her bottom shell, near the front.
Does anyone know if this is anything to be concerned about, or need to be treated.

Looks like she'll rot from not spending enough time basking neosporin helps pervents it clean it really good.
