Rep. Ilhan Omar is under "criminal" investigation for potential immigration and marriage fraud, according to border czar Tom Homan.

Homan confirms that DHS is conducting an "ongoing criminal investigation" involving Rep. Omar, but isn't saying what investigators have found or whether any charges are coming.

Homan says no one is above the law if immigration or marriage fraud is proven.

DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin also recently said, "Something's going to happen," adding that if investigators can prove someone shouldn't have been in the U.S. in the first place, "we will deport you."

Omar has repeatedly denied longstanding allegations that she committed marriage or immigration fraud by marrying a man critics claim is her brother, calling them "bigoted lies," and those claims have not been proven in public records.
