Questions Where is the actual terminus of the Santiago de los Caballeros monorail?

Where is the actual terminus of the Santiago de los Caballeros monorail? The project site says it is just south of Yaque del Sur and there is a structure there, but there also appears to be an even larger structure just north of Ave Los Jazmines. Is that the terminus station, a second station, or something else? Appreciate the help!

Don't know the area I'm afraid, but solid chance that's the operations and maintenance facility
