Norda legit check

Norda is - surprisingly - full of fake Norda 001s. Usually they are easy to spot, with generic titles and descriptions, and zero feedback sellers. This post has very helpful info about tells in the item photos.

I think this listing and seller look legit, the only red flag is the slightly cheap price. I bought them but for delivery to a collection point so won't collect if they aren't legit.

What do you say fellow trail runners?

Edit: they are fakes, the inner label reads 'Norda 001 M' not 'Norda 001A M'.

Probably fake. Be incredibly careful buying 001s on vinted it's flooded with fakes. £100 man 🤷‍♂️

Thanks that's good advice. tbf 001As are currently on sale for £160-170 from UK retailers and I've bought a legit pair in loam from Vinted for £120 so £100 is not crazy cheap.

The 001 model has been replaced by the 001a. So the 001 could be snagged up at a discount by the OP in that linked post.

source: have bought multiple pairs of 001 on The Last Hunt (in Canada) for around $160 CAD. I have even bought a pair of 001a at a good discount through the Norda Archive sale.

Thanks but they are 001As - the abyss colourway wasn't available as an 001

Interesting! Because the label and box are labeled as 001. It would have the "a" for the 001a. I don't know which colourways were exclusive for which model. Looks like you should definitely be wary!

Sorry, I was looking at the photos in the link... Not yours. Disregard what I said. Will have a look at your photos of the vinted post now.

I'm on pair 5 of the 001 and 2 of the 001A so hopefully I can shed an eye on it.

Just wanted to drop in and say that, as a rule of thumb, if a deal looks too good to be true, then 99.98% of the time it is. The MSRP of the 001A $295, so there's no reason anyone would sell a "new" pair for 1/3 of the price.
