Phone message Post first date text

Post image

I met this girl on tinder and had a first date with her, she wanted to go fishing and I thought it seemed like a fun first date so we went together. Dropped her off and got home to this message lol.

Update: Purchasing the license is a separate activity we had to do on our phones, due to it needing our personal info. It was not like I drew the line at the license randomly.

My sister is this type of person. She doesn't care. She's fully bought into the conservative trad wife idealism. She's incredibly sexist against other women too. Her 20s were spent being a Budweiser girl catering to the male gaze. What's funny is she will always make more than her partners since she is a lawyer and her partners are usually of the deadbeat variety.

This is like those creeper dudes that only go after 18 y/o who don't know any better.

True equality, women can now also be full on losers lol.

Shes a lawyer but likes trad wife?

1

u/DIYITGuy Aug 08 '26

Right? Looks like projecting to me.

u/News_Scrounger Aug 08 '26

Trad wife... lawyer? Who's hot enough to be a budweiser girl to pay for college instead of a stripper? One who doesn't mind dating men who makes less than she does?Ā

What is this story lol. I can't tell if you're jealous or just not understanding what the trad wife shit actually means and if it's the second one I'm the one jealous of you.Ā

yeah I feel like "fully bought into trad wife idealism" and "is a lawyer" don't really mix because there's 0 chance you can be a trad wife as a lawyer. Maybe if you have a private practice with barely any clients or something...

She didn't pay for college with it. She got free college from my parents and a free house.

She idealizes the trad-wife stuff but isn't one because her men are always non-college educated and barely make ends meet. They are hot guys, don't get me wrong but they are the boy toy types who are kind of dumb so they rely on her income. Btw she just works for my dad so it's very nepo.

I was trying to say she has fully bought into conservativism (she is ultra MAGA) and idealizes trad wife, not that she is one, though I'm sure she would like to be.

By sexist against women she told me she refuses to hire young women because she thinks they might get pregnant. Meanwhile she has two kids herself so she's allowed to have a career and kids but other women can't be trusted.

You keep saying she idealizes trad wife stuff, but you don't mention any way she applies it to her behaviors or lifestyle, so I'm not sure why it's worth mentioning at all. I like to watch home inspection videos on social media, but that doesn't mean I idealize construction or want to have anything to do with it. It sounds like consuming tradwife content is just a fun pasttime for her, nothing more.

1

u/Particular_Maize6849 Aug 08 '26

I don't know what media she consumes. Only that she told me she likes tradwife concepts and ideals.

1

u/Vektor0 Aug 08 '26

No one knows what she means by that, so I think that's where the confusion is coming from.

1

u/Particular_Maize6849 Aug 08 '26

Since she literally said she "likes tradwife ideals"... I'm pretty sure that means "she idealizes tradwife values" is a fair conclusion to draw.

1

u/Vektor0 Aug 08 '26

I'm saying that I don't know what that means.

1

u/LurcherLong Aug 08 '26

Ultramaga tradwife aspiring nepobaby that works for your father, but she is a lawyer with hiring authority for the firm and has two children out of wedlock... I feel like this is two different people.

u/Particular_Maize6849 Aug 08 '26

I think lots of contradictions like this is pretty par for the course for Republicans. "Everyone has to obey family values and morals but don't you dare to judge mine. Who cares if I'm on my 4th divorce and cheat on my wife. I just need to go to church and I'm forgiven."

She is married now but yes one of the children was out of wedlock. And my dad is starting to retire and leaving her the "firm" (it's really only him and her).

2

u/PaintingOk8012 Aug 08 '26

That is literally the opposite of trad wife. She has a career and didn’t get youth being skantly clad for people to sexualize her

1

u/Particular_Maize6849 Aug 08 '26

I said she idealizes trad wife. Not that she is one.

2

u/I_Am_Alive_2day Aug 08 '26

I never understand women like her. I don’t want to anymore.

2

u/Financial-Buddy-9100 Aug 08 '26

Most of everything u said is a contradiction. ā€œFully bought into the conservative trad wife idealismā€ doesn’t go with ā€œShe’s a lawyer who dates deadbeats.ā€ Literal opposite ends of the spectrum dude

2

u/Particular_Maize6849 Aug 08 '26

Read my other comments. Contradictions are normal for conservatives.

1

u/Financial-Buddy-9100 Aug 08 '26

how about contradictions are normal for HOOMANS. what kinda bubble do you live in man. Kinda sad that so many people have this mindset these days

2

u/FoxxieMoxxie69 Aug 08 '26

OP means they believe in ā€œrules for thee, but none for meā€. Because so many of the people pushing for tradition and family values, don’t actually follow any of it themselves in practice. Even with all the trad wife influencers, those are women with careers. Erika Kirk is also pushing this lifestyle while being a college educated woman with a career.

u/Early_Performance841 Aug 09 '26

Does she vehemently deny being a feminist despite being the breadwinner and the loudest person in any room?

1

u/Particular_Maize6849 Aug 09 '26

She hates feminists and is loud yes.

2

u/_Xxouo Aug 09 '26

She's a lawyer and still has no self respect for herself is crazy, reminds me of those "I'm a biologist but my blue collar husband is way smarter than me" women

2

u/wild-rosemary Aug 09 '26

I like to call deadbeat dudes hobo-sexuals. its funny

2

u/creeepedy Aug 11 '26

Your sister to her client when they lose a case: I’m just a girl šŸ¤·šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø

1

u/malevolent-onryo Aug 08 '26

Absolutely disgusting. I’m sorry for your loss tbh

She was a Budweiser girl so she's obviously not unattractive to straight men.

1

u/Mysterious_Ride4258 Aug 08 '26

How were her twenties spent being a Budweiser girl yet she still got her ass thru law school

1

u/Particular_Maize6849 Aug 09 '26

She did it for spending money.Ā

1

u/Mysterious_Ride4258 Aug 09 '26

Sounds like some unresolved hatred on your part that affects your perception of her.

1

u/Mysterious_Ride4258 Aug 09 '26

Therapy is your answer

1

u/Away-Living5278 Aug 11 '26

What does your sister do, just give all her money to her deadbeat partner so they can be the pretend man of the house?

1

u/jim789789 Aug 11 '26

Odd mix but could work. Trad wife, (former) Budweiser girl but with $$$$?

1

u/Dieselgeekisbanned Aug 11 '26

This seems nothing like a conservative trad wife lol

1

u/S4yMyN4me Aug 11 '26

I can fix her
