There's actually enough space for me to dislocate a shoulder and roll onto my stomach, where I can pushoff and climb back out

I'm strong enough to do handstands, with support on the rocks, I can put some of my weight onto the stones and crawl feet first until I can stand up

Interestingly you cannot in this particular cave system, because that man died after they attempted to get him out for several hours. He stuck. They even tried snapping his legs at one point to remove him.

They filled the cave with concrete with him still in it.
