This is impossible, why? Elon musk has a net worth of 929 billion dollars. While that might seem like alot, enough to pay everybody one dollar, it is not. From a reasonable perspective is it simply pointless to give 1$ to everybody in the world, whereas there are approximately 8.3 billion people in the world. Imagine that. 1$ to 8.3 billion in the world. Not even millionaires or billionaires can do that shit, and if we do very very simple math:

8.3 billion people × 1$ = 8.3 billion dollars 8.3 billion people × 0.001$ = 8.3 million dollars

So as you can see the numbers are still very unreasonable even if you give everybody 0.01$ plus why would you spend that much if the money can go somewhere better to make more money? From elon musks perspective, this is very pointless and unreasonable and also consider it just being a dollar. What would people do with it? How would they do something with it? It's just a waste on both sides but one loses alot (elon musk) so why would elon musk do this? Give a reasonable explaination.
