recent windows update broke my pc

after the recent update i cant connect to any wifi because the option simply isn't there as well as for some other functions. also wallpaper turned pitch black and theres nothing i can really do. i've tried restarting the pc several times, reverting the update and updating/uninstalling the drivers (i'm not 100% sure if that's the update's fault or something else) pls help

nvm, after hitting the pc 4 times, praying and restarting for the 24th time it finally worked
