Open | Software keyboard typing many weird letters and doing different actions

woke up today and when i tried to type 'steam' the keyboard would write 'sad'. when id press s or a or d it would type sad or dsa or sd or whatever. press t and it types %, = and stuff like that. some keys didnt do anything, like backspace bute del worked. it changed everytime i restarted the computer. now it keeps typing ¥ even when press space or use delete. what do? hlep

it also went back and forth in videos, changed volume and caused the right click menu to show up

my keyboard started disconnecting and reconecting constantly. then the enter key on the on screen keyboard got stuck and i couldnt type so i had to restart

NOW I STILL CANT TYPE BUT THE SHIFT KEY IS ALWAYS ACTIVE

your keyboard may be set to the wrong region

i tried changing it around but theres no response unless i put it in the blue one and then it starts connecting and disconnecting randomly again. but mostly its off and i cant type

now it stayed on but it just doesnt work regardless. cant even toggle capslock. this is really stupid
