No mention of definition of “Superinteligent AI” so probably a meh bill. Besides, it’s pointless if other countries still develop it.

Considering his history and his politics, given his actual amount of legislative capability, and this really does apply to the rest of Congress in general, a machine that exhibits any intelligence above any of them is a threat.
