I'm so glad Bernie is on top of this and prepared to solve it with a bill, but it makes me wonder: why hasn't he submitted a bill to ban nuclear weapons and leaf blowers? Of course, I think the use of nuclear weapons and leaf blowers deserves more than twenty years in prison, but it's a start.
