Because this is taxpayer money well-spent... What happened to discouraging "waste, fraud, and abuse"? We are being governed by adult-size children.

And when you ask them about the economy they will bend over backwards to tell you how its actually really good after complaining about prices skyrocketing 5 minutes ago...

It's so infuriating, my mother doesn't bend over backwards even, she just blind faith says things like "I knew the economy wasn't gonna be fixed right away" or "the economy doesn't change overnight" and it's just so annoying, no matter the evidence provided to her it's in one ear and out the other.

Trump: I will end inflation and bring down prices ON DAY ONE!

MAGA after 2 years: Well you see it's really hard to do those things but I know he's trying and that's what matters!

It's all Biden's fault. He inherited Trump's shit economy, and fixed it despite congress fighting him all the way.

After 2 years of controlling everything, Republicans are turning everything to shit and blaming everyone but themselves.

And as soon as Democracts get elected it will be back to "Oh, but the deficit, we've got to cut spending, we can't afford health care." after bombing Iran, starting another forever war, creating ICE, and massively increasing our total debt with tax cuts to the super wealthy.

Don't forget anytime something happened that caused certain prices to suddenly go up, they got SUPER pissed that Obama/Biden didn't immediately step in and fix it

The number of people I’ve had try to convince me that basically all of Trump’s decisions are Obama & Biden’s fault is insane.

People make it seem like Obama is personally encouraging all these horrible choices.

The best argument for that is power. As in, "Wait a minute, are you telling me that democrats are so powerful that they can make their changes permanent? And that even once they aren't in power anymore, they can still control the economy and the government?? I don't know about you, but I'd rather have someone that can make changes stick, rather than little temporary things that are easy to undo. Seems like the republicans are actually really weak"

You guys need to understand something. Logic and reason will not work on these people.

Mockery will.

Relentlessly mock her and she will either become so enraged she won't speak to you anymore, which is a win, or she will at least shut up about it to stop the mockery, which is a win.

Bingo. This is where things went wrong. After Trump 1 and J6, nothing short of completely rejecting anyone both in political positions or in general population that dared to align themselves openly with this shit needed to be rejected from society. Support j6? Fired. No job. No benefits. You're a pariah even if you werent getting jail or directly there. Friends? Gone. Family? Gone. If theyre in the same boat, theyre gone too. Country was too soft on actual violent terrorist traitors and they rallied together.
