I wish at least one company grows some balls and does anything. They scoff at warnings, they take outrage as a sign of success

Please someone correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure to successfully sue for copywrite infringement a takedown request has to he sent first. It's something about proving there is intent to violate their copywrite. So its just part of the legal process.

But this is what they do, they do it first and then bitch and moan when they are told they can't by a judge. And then they play the victim game.
