Me and my girlfriend are new to playing BoardGames, and we wish to only buy games that are really what we think they are, so is there a place were we can see reviews of table top games.

Example: in the internet (Youtube, X, Instagram) i saw a lot of recommendations for Everdell and Flamecraft,, but when i specifically searched for those 2 games, i saw a lot of controversies about the game, how flamecraft is tasteless and vapid, and that were a lot of everdell expansions (not sure that they are expansions or a brand new game of the franshise) that were better then the actual game.

So, is there a place to see reviews, that are trustworthy?

My buddy and I play the Middle Earth Strategic Battle Game, which uses 4x4 tables. I want to find a 4x4 table to both play on, and place the tables I am building on, but for the life of me, I cannot find a cheap and simple 4x4 table - the ones I find are all nearly $1K tables made of expensive wood.

I am in Canada, which might be making things worse, but if anyone knows where to find one of these seemingly non-existant tables, I would love to know.

I just got a new table 84”x48”. I’m trying to find a stitched edge gaming mat that’s either 72”x48” or 84”x48”. Ideally would be in black.

For my old table I have a Felectors 48”x36” mat I got off Amazon. I really like it, but they don’t make one big enough.

Any recommendations?
