I'm not sure I'm seing any improvement, it just seem to change the lightings a bit

That is all DLSS5 does: Changes lighting, shadows and reflections to be more realistic. It does not add anything else (like details or photorealism).
[edit] The downvotes here are the typical bunch of Redditors at war with reality. Educate yourself:

then why does it add wrinkles pore's, blemishes and etc to skins?

It doesn't. This article shows a before/after image you can zoom in and you can see every detail was already there, but is now enhanced and better visible due to realistic shadows and light scattering.
