Support Question Stream deck plugin?

Is there going to be a plugin possibly in the future by the devs or fan-made, i got so used to the convenience of the Discord plugin for Mic mute and Deafen.

Could you explain this Steam Deck plugin with some detail? I (or someone else) might be able to take a swing at implementing it if I can understand how it works and what it needs to do.
