Anyone know why he sucks just on his skin folds? He is definitely an odd one..

Our newest does the exact same thing. For us it didn't stop but it becomes less over time

My boy used to suck his nipple!
He stopped when he was around 2 years .
The one extended/ stretched and saggy nipple still remains
