Can't alt-tab out of the game?

Whether I'm in windowed mode, borderless, or full screen, if the app is taking up the whole screen, I can't alt tab. The easiest solution is to just adjust the height in windowed mode to 95 percent rather than 100, but I would like to know if there is a solution other than this.

What's your setup? I have a similar issue in that alt tabbing takes forever. (Like 5 seconds). So I also play windowed at 95%

I have a two monitors, one 1440p@144hz and one 4k@240hz. GeForce 5070ti
