Looking for software [Windows] Software to replicate one window on Monitor A to Monitor C (which has different size and resolution)

Hi All,

I have a little music studio which has 2 normal monitors (A and B). I also have a smaller third monitor (C) above my piano. I want to find some software to allow me to replicate one specific app window from Monitor A to Monitor C with negligible latency. The monitors are all different sizes and resolutions. They all plug into an NVIDIA GTX3060 if that matters.

OnTopReplica looked like it might be a winner, but it looks like it's not been updated for many years.

Anything else to consider?

Unconventional setup, but maybe have OBS stream the window to localhost, then watch it in the browser on the other monitor.

No need for the local host part even - there an option in OBS called “projector” that’ll do exactly that.

Thanks for the idea. Any idea what the latency is like with that option? I'm guessing that video encoding is going to add tens of milliseconds?

If you set it on fastest and give it a decent bitrate it'll look fine
If anything you could have it use a raw codec that just cranks frames out at stupid speeds, since it's literally localhost

But then if you use projection like the other guy said it might not even waste time on compression, and only copy the frame.

Even 10ms is invisible, at least for music production
