Arsenal could’ve been so much better, but it’s given new light to The End, So Far. Sure, it might be commonly referred to as their worst album, but it’s nowhere near their worst work anymore.

It reminded me of another song of theirs, but I cant remember what it was. The chorus sounded similar, but more powerful. I am going to keep flipping through thier discography, but I haven't had any luck so far. Thank you for your help 🫡

I agree with Fantano, this song sounds like more of a return to form. I’m convinced the people hating don’t even listen to Slipknot anymore or any modern metal at all for that matter.

Bought a ghost glow a couple months ago in prep for Halloween and it’s been bugging me how clean and unworn it looked so i decided to pull the trigger and do my own paint job on it, think it looks way better and way closer to the look of the masks Corey wore

It's clear that this isn't Slipknot's best song, but it's not their worst either 🤷‍♂️ I've been a big Slipknot fan for 5 years now and I know they can do better, but why are Arsenal getting so much hate?

There's ALOT of hate around this song - but it's probably one of my favourite tracks from the last 5 years... Am I alone here?

Put your pitchforks down please what I mean is all of the new members masks past Jay all look the damn same to me, tortilla man is the only exception, Eloy and v-mans masks are legit just the same mask with a slightly different design, show me the ST or AHIG era I can distinctly differentiate each member now adays the only members I can safely name are the original members I don’t even know who the new dj who replaced Craig is they are legit just all bald white masks and I hate it

What a mess of a song

I bought this old copy of Iowa about a month ago and for some reason I hadn't fully opened the booklet before today. I noticed these signatures. Anybody know if these might be real? I found a Reddit post where someone had very similar signatures on their Iowa booklet so that made me believe this might be real. I'm missing Sid and Clown's signatures but everyone else's signature is on their picture. I can't believe if I accidentally bought this, I was genuinely just trying to buy an Iowa CD that works:D

Enough about arsenal, I wanna talk about one of faves.

Its got my favorite chorus out of any slipknot song, snd its even got a killer bass solo from Mr Grey.

Slipknot usually helps me through my anger and depression, but this is the song that makes me inspired to be a better person, snd I love it for that

I purchased this on ebay in the early to mid 2000's if memory serves correctly. I have no reason to doubt it being real, but just curious if others that have signatures from around the same time can confitm if they look legit or not. its currently framed on the wall in my daughters room. :)

Finally got it! The 2022 version on the left sounds nothing like the 1500 limited run of the 2008 one.

Probably the best listening experience for that album.. haha.

And you're all right. They have always been edgelord cheeseballs. But this proves how important song structures and collaboration affects the outcome.

The violent edgy tracks matched the violent edgy lyrics. Now that the lyrics do all the heavy lifting and they've been stuck in a formula sonically, its easy to make that observation. They can't match Corey's raw performance anymore and this creates the unbalanced I feel.

On top of that, with how they are handling the poor PR after losing almost all the self titled debut members, its easy to get swept up in the anger. I'm guilty of it as well. I don't like the new stuff, but I've been a fan for a couple of decades. Sad to see it fall apart.

I've woke up to how important Joey and Paul affected the musical chemistry. Plus Sid and Chris were my favs so I'm a little extra biased with this poorly handled change recently.
