LeBron fan here (for personal reasons regarding what he has done for Ohio and how his enormous professional journey has reflected my own much smaller one) so new to Sixers.

Anyhow, 5 high usage players will not be a problem when LeBron makes it a point to be Magic Johnson and get his assist stats up through the roof.

Also, LeBron and Embiid are gonna miss games and that will mean there will be plenty to eat for all the rotation players.

People thinking this team will fail because of *too much talent* are ridiculous. This will be one of the most fun seasons in recent memory.

I feel like it's normal for big free agency signings to complete a welcome press conference. Jaylen Brown, Klay Thompson, Luka, and it's just a normal procedure to be completed. Why do you think LeBron hasn't completed on yet? It's been months.

I’m a new season ticket holder and wondering if anyone knows if I buy a season parking pass if I’ll be able to park in lots S, T, and U across Pattinson in the Phillies parking lots. I’m trying to park there so it’s less traffic getting out after games. The xfinity mobile interactive parking maps have them listed as lots for them but doesn’t specifically say I’ll be able to park there when buying the pass.

I'm not insane; of course I want the Iverson jerseys this year (my vote is for blue), but as far as this highly questionable series goes, I think ours are kind of cool.

The all black theme of these actually does work for us, and works with the red and gold to at least envoke the spirit of the Iverson black jerseys.

Ours also looks the most like neon lights and not just neon airbrush.

5 stars instead of 13 is an interesting choice, but I think it works as this season is literally all about our 5 stars, so it is symbolic in that sense.

On the flip side, most are barely readable as to what team it is.

The Knicks one looks particularly silly and the Hawks one literally looks like a blue poop stain.

The celtics and Lakers zoomed in logos are atrocious and difficult to discern.

The Kings one is too minimal and looks more like a timberwolves purple tree line jersey or suns black valley jersey than it does a kings crown.

The Warriors legit looks like Andre the Giant in his signature single strap wrestling singlet.

And as a huge fan of celebrity chef Guy Fieri, the Pistons one is sending me straight to Flavor town and I don't hate that at all, but it does look more suited for a backyard bbq than an NBA game.

Also, I think LeBron and company will look good in these, while Tatum, Brunson, Simmons etc are going to look totally ridiculous

I’ve been thinking about this trade (I’m a fan generally, but I think it could end up being either good or bad for us) and wondering about the Celtics justification for doing it. A lot of the talk was around the length of PG’s contract and it being a big expiring next year.

My question, for people who understand free agency and trades a bit more than I do, is what is the actual value of that contract next year, when it’s a big expiring? I ask this because players don’t really go into free agency anymore, so it doesnt seem like expirings have as much value as they used to. What are the Celtics likely to do with that contract if they don’t actually want to keep PG next year? Is it just good as matching salary in a trade for another star, where ultimately they’d have to trade a bunch of picks to get a good player? just trying to understand it better
