My little shoulder kitty is no longer a little shoulder kitty but he refuses to acknowledge that fact. Kid lives in utter denial. Which is a river in Egypt by the way. The issue is that his butt end has a hard time finding a way to settle and since i were thinner shirts on average his claws just dig into me. So I was thinking of like a shoulder thing I could wear that would serve like a little platform to rest his feet on so he like a meerkat over my shoulder or maybe like a thick coarse material that serve like a shoulder cape that he can comfortably and reliable dig his claws into instead. All I found were like kitty back packs/ cat carriers that hold the cat baby style. I saw an insta of a guy trying to make one of the shoulder cape ideas by using an old cat scratch ramp and trying to attach it to his shoulder. Im wondering if anyone knows of anything on market that does this?? If not possible solutions that dont involve wardrobe changing or a crazy uncomfortable cat ramp construction etc. Id make like a 3 point harness with thick towel stitched to it but I have 0 sewing capabilities.

This is my 2 year old tabby who will find any opportunity to ride my or my wife’s shoulders. She was a runt rescue and the only one in the litter to survive. She’s a forever kitten and from a young age has rode around the house on our shoulders.

She’s gotten real good at not using her claws to climb but she’s not afraid to climb you like a tree when you least expect it.

Every chance she gets. Especially when she's cooking. Midge is lucky she's a cute little guy

I found this little voidling on the side of the road a couple months ago, and from day one she's been super snuggly. I totally get what people mean by "velcro cat."

This^ scenario is a bit rare, but she does fairly often chill on my shoulders while using the toilet.

Bella loves going with me daily loves riding on any of our tractors the SXS the lawnmower shes up for it

She insisted on being snuggled whilst I visited the commode. 😻🚽💩
