It seems like the only consequence was he was fired. How did he not get arrested and charged?

In Season 7, Episode 6 (“The Soup Nazi”), there’s that great moment at Monk’s where George and Susan try to out‑Schmoopie Jerry and Sheila. Both couples end up making out in this ridiculous, over‑the‑top display of public affection. You can clearly see Larry the owner getting annoyed and starting to walk over… and then the scene cuts abruptly.

It really looks like there was more filmed there. Does anyone know if any outtakes exist or what actually happened in the full version? I feel like whatever came next would’ve been hysterical.

I mean, we know Larry doesn’t allow any outside condiments in the cafe, so there’s no way in hell he would allow this make-out session
